Oxides of Boron

At least four oxides of boron appear to exist, viz. B₄O₃, B₂O₂, B₄O₅, and B₂O₃. Of these, the sesqui-oxide, B₂O₃, has been long known, and is a well-defined acidic oxide. The dioxide, B₂O₂, is also acidic.
